The Heaps are from the Pacific Beach Ward, San Diego California Stake. President and Sister Heap previously served as a mission president and companion in the Michigan Lansing Mission. President Heap was a high councilor, former institute teacher, stake president and bishop. Sister Heap was a former stake Relief Society president, institute teacher, and ward Young Women presidency counselor. President Stoddard and President Hoyle serve as counselors in the Missionary Training Center Presidency. Sister Heap serves as the Relief Society President, with Sister Stoddard and Sister Hoyle as her counselors.
